We all know the infamous trial of the celeb couple, Johny Depp and Amber Heard, but now in a recent turn of events, Amber Heard has finally surpassed her husband somewhere; it is ‘Google’s most-searched celeb report’ by Hollywood news site CelebTattler.

Because of the Johnny Depp case, Amber Heard has been in the headlines every day. The legal dispute gained a lot of attention because it was live-streamed online. Now, a new report claims that Amber Heard is the most searched celebrity on Google. After tracking over 150 well-known celebrities in 2022, research from the Hollywood news website CelebTattler examined data from Google search trends and declared Amber the top celebrity. The 36-year-old actress claimed the top spot on the list of the most googled A-listers of 2022 with an average of 5.6 million searches per month in the US, and Mr Depp was ranked second with 5.5 million searches per month.

Fifth and sixth on the list were Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson, while Elon Musk, the new CEO of Twitter and who also happens to be an ex-boyfriend of Amber, came in at number seven.

Depp confronted his ex-wife Amber Heard in court earlier this year during a highly heated hearing. In a December 2018 op-ed, he charged Heard with defaming him, and in June, a Virginia jury gave him more than $10 million in damages.
