Best Children’s Album Grammy Winner for 2022, Falu Shah announces first India tour

Falu Shah, the Grammy Award winner, will embark on her debut tour in India. Falu made history by winning the prestigious award earlier this year and her achievement is significant because it is the first time an Indian woman has won a Grammy in this category.
Falu received the Best Children’s Album prize at the Grammy 2022 ceremony. Falu was the only South Asian nominated in this category, and this month, when she returns to her motherland to start her tour of India, she will explore the locations throughout the nation that reflect the culture and pulse of the metropolis.
After receiving a Grammy nomination for her children’s Album “Falu’s Bazaar” earlier in 2019, Falu has established herself as the voice of Indian heritage around the world. The Grammy winner will embark on her much-awaited India Tour this December in three cities: Mumbai, Pune, and Goa. With her trademark blending of Indian classical music, new age, and western styles, Falu, whose speciality is Indian classical and folk music, will deliver a musical experience unlike any other during her India tour. She will receive support from renowned poet Nirmika Singh in Mumbai and Pune at Anti-Social and High Spirits, respectively. She will also be visiting Reggae Haven in Goa.
